The wedding planning has begun and my sister bought the new book Handmade Weddings by Hello Lucky which is packed full of handmade items. It has six sections and six different styles including; Retro Homespun, Girly Romantic, Happy Graphic, Organic Minimal, Modern Classic, and Found. I had bunting garlands in mind and have collected fabrics for a couple of years. I put all the prints together and they didn't seem to work together as a whole, so I split them up into 3 groups, each having a different color palette. I can't decided which one I like best. Most of the fabric was my grandmothers, some used in my nephews baby bedding, old projects of mine, and vintage finds from antique stores. I plan to use them at the wedding, perhaps buying more fabric to make more.
