Yesterday we went to the Arboretum with our drawing II class. It was my first time there. There were autumn themed flowers, pumpkins and tons of little kids there. We were the only high school there. Most of the kids hid in the plants, put on their headphones, and drew. Then others sat in the sun while people walked by observing with curiosity. Cassie and I found a shady spot over looking White Rock Lake and knitted until noon, then ate lunch, and strolled around and took picture. It was a relaxing day.
